(…) Last evening, on tv the newscaster was again talking about the mad cow disease (…) It goes back a short time, in a tv emission they were saying : "We have exterminated all the cows of a farm where a cow affected by the mad cow disease was found" (…) When I heard that, it made my back terribly cold. If they can't be eaten then kill them all, there is no need to let them live, what's this world where such way of thinking is left circulating as something natural, heard in tv news as something evident. Even if there wasn't other solutions, can't they at least say : "we had no option, but in fact we should respect life", since tv are watched also by little kids who don't yet know anything (…) As a living being, shouldn't each one be treated equally ? Without realizing it, we have decided our superiority as it suits us, and we are living believing that this is something right. I think that this justice people are naturally believing in is in fact full of holes, and is an arrogant and egoistic excuse made in order to get benefits only for themselves. We are still acting like nazis all over the world (…)
