(…) More than 15 years ago, I brought for the first time in the Japanese rock scene motives of roses and vampires, motives of dolls and nazism, the masculine style dressing up like a prince, my conception of the universe of aestheticism and romanticism, or, settings consisting in scattering on stage ivies and roses, rolling them up around the micro stands, or also, the methodology of making music relating it to stories, with the titles and words I used in the past and which are very personal to me. I can't hide my surprise to see that so many "kouhai" (note : "successors") support, imitate, have inherited them, and that what I invented and threw are today practiced all over Japan (…)
